For Nikki, owning Kip McGrath Torquay is more than a business, it’s a passion born from her own experiences as a mother and a teacher. “I was a primary school teacher for 10 years before I had my boys,” she shares. “When they were little, I focused on giving them the best start, making sure they had strong foundations. Now that they’re older, I’ve been able to come back to what I love, helping students grow and succeed.”

Nikki is proud to continue the tradition of Kip McGrath’s family values and educational excellence. Founded in Australia in 1976 by husband-and-wife teachers Kip and Dugnea McGrath, the tutoring service has grown into a global network of over 500 locations.

“What’s great about being part of the Kip McGrath family is the incredible support,” Nikki says. “I’ve trained at their Head Office in Newcastle and meet weekly with other tutors across the country to share ideas and refine what we do.
